our patterns? Hundreds of thousands of people who care
about your favorite craft will see your work. Any submissions,
particularly original ones are welcome, as long as the project was
made from Lion Brand Yarn.
After reading your latest newsletter, I wanted to make caps for The Ships Project. I had a skein of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick on hand. There was no cap pattern for that yarn on your site, so worked out my own pattern, using the color Grass. After completing the caps (one skein made two), I wrote out the pattern and put it on a webpage (at http://hometown.aol.com/hookedonknitting/page2.html), together with the link to The Ships Project. I mailed the caps to Ellen Harpin, and emailed her a copy of the pattern, too.
