Em's fuzzy black cat costume

My 5 year old granddaughter asked me to make her a "soft fuzzy black cat costume" for Halloween. She wanted it to have a "bright light blue tummy". I came up with this original pattern. I used "Fun Fur", black and light turquoise. I knit the pull-on pants, added the tail. I chose to do it that way so that she could wear the sweater alone if she wanted. Then I knit the black cap with ears. It is probably a project for a knitter with some experience, although it really wasn't difficult. I have written down the directions. I'll try to send another picture of her wearing it, but for now this will have to do.
I have a great time with all the wonderful new yarns you are producing, it's a far cry from when I learned to knit and worsted or sport weight were about my only choices.
