I made this with the cuffs for my 1 year old daughter, niece and granddaughter and everybody LOVED it!!! It fits like a shawl/bolero from the back. I had enough yarn left over, so I made a matching hat. I also added a rose to the hat and poncho. This one I sewd the middle closed, but the other two I left open staying true to pattern.
