My Hello Kitty! came out bigger than the pattern simply because at the time I only had a J-6 hook.
It was made for a friend who just graduated form med school, thus the coat with the pens in the pocket and the inscription on the back ("micek" basically means "kitten" in my language, and she is completely crazy about cats). I improvised the coat and the flower.
