I created this Cable Shrug, each cable is 16 stitches so 8 stitch/cable twist. Basically, I measured around myself at the sides of top part of my shoulders and to the middle front, knitted a width for a short shrug (3" above waist), a rectangle, then when finished knitting the length and binding off, I picked up stitches around the grey shrug for the k2p2 rib border using the pink. Finished off with a 2.5" silky grey ribbon, just pulled through the middle fronts where the border met the grey body of the shrug!
