Materials: I used 10mm doll eyes, cotton yarn (the cheap stuff in the store). I will say that while the doll worked up nice, the ears are a bit stiff in the cotton.

I took the Best Bunny pattern, used cotton, and started working the pattern. My son was after his doll having a hat, so I patterned a hat and sewed the ears to that.
