A Baby Sweater Dress

Materials: Our local store did not have LBY in the colors my daughter liked, so I used Caron Simply Soft.

The minute I saw the photo of the sweater dress in LBY catalog, I knew, I wanted to knit it. But it looked so plain. I wanted the dress to be colorful. So, I had my then 2-year old daughter pick out the yarn colors which - of course - were bright and merry. Also, I included a design I found in my Mom's old Soviet era magazine and a flower trim left over from another project. I also modified the measurements a little. Overall, it is a easy and fun project and I love the final product!
