Craft: knit
Materials: I used worsted weight 4ply black and worsted weight 4ply white. I used US size 19 Knitting Needles.
To Make:
CO 15 sts
knit to the length you want
BO sts
I put a 2in fringe on it and at the end of the fringe I used pony beeds.
