This cap pattern can be found on this web site. It is very easy to make. I crocheted two homespun yarns together to give it the look (candy apple and cream). I'd never made a pompom before and it was enormous, so I cut it down a lot; it is still pretty big, but the homespun makes it very fluffy and soft. I think this cap looks cute even without the pompom.
