I made these two ponchos from the pattern on your Lion Brand Gallery. It is the Granny Poncho. To make it fit an adult I changed the chain stitch from one (1) to two (2) stitches between the 3 double crochets each time. I put in 4 different colors in the one poncho. I put in white (3 rows) in the pink Poncho.
