Aran afghan

Craft: knit
Materials: I used the large skeins (16 ounce) of Lion Brand soft white for this afghan. My needles were size 10 1/2, 29 inch circular needles. My neighbor uses size 11, but I knit looser than she does.

My neighbor showed me how to knit this afghan last summer and I have made four of them since then. It is easy once you learn how to do the popcorn stitch and cable stitch. I gave this one to my grandson for his graduation.
