I made this for my new baby niece. My sister-in-law decided to do her room with ladybugs, and I thought this would be a great addition to that theme. I am very new to crocheting and found this pattern to be relatively easy, except when it came to the legs in which I got very frustrated with (esp. since I crochet very tightly), so my aunt helped me complete these. My ladybug went over well with Mom and baby!! (I stitched the eyes with the red yarn as opposed to using beads for the eyes since this would have posed a choking hazard to the baby.)
