The crochet pattern was so easy to follow and worked up in about three or four evenings. Although my daughter is modeling, I made this one for my best friend who just lost her 39-year-old son who died in his sleep and is losing her husband who is in the final stages of cancer in a hospice. The pattern came onto the Web the day her son died and I started it that same night. This is my way of memorializing both of them with something that will hopefully comfort her in the years to come.
