I needed a housewarming gift for my lovely sister. Trivets and a candle came to mind. I decided to use the thick and quick wool that I had left over from a hat and mitten project. I simply crocheted a circle using hdc and hand crafted a fleece lining for it. I was quite pleased with the results. I've taken to storing the yarns with a scented sachet (Apple Cider for this one), which offers a welcoming scent upon opening the gift
