Knit in Public 2010 Festival Knitting

The Central Kansas Amateur Radio Club and ARES sponsor the Lost and Found Van (we take in items and re-unite lost children and parents) during the Smoky Hill River Festival in Salina, Ks. Carol, Caitlyn and I sit and knit until needed. This year a festival goer said "It just wouldn't be Festival without seeing someone knitting in this location." We've even had people come and knit with us just for the fun of it.
