Jesus Loves Me

My daughter loves Precious Moments and I wanted to do something special for our first grandchild. So I made the baby blanket, big enough for a crib, using an afghan crochet hook and then followed the Precious Moments Cross stitch pattern "Jesus Loves Me" cross stitiching onto the blanket. My mother finished off the blanket by using satin backed brushed cotton material to create a satin trim and cotton backing for the blanket. the result was amazing and and our grand daughter, who is one now, loves the feel of the satin trim and sleeps with it every night. Washes well too!
