I knitted this TWINS sweater pattern for my 1-1/2-year-old daughter with wool yarn. I made it in size 2 so she wouldn't out-grow it too quickly. It was an easy pattern that I completed in about two weeks. I enjoyed working the loops on the neckband. To make the loops, k 1, but do not slip st off left ndl, and slip the new st onto the left ndl as well, pass yarn over left thumb to make a loop, yarn to the back and k the 2 sts on the left ndl, yarn over ndl and pass the 2 sts over the yarn over ndl.
