scraps of fisherman's wool brown for stem.

When I asked my son what he would like to give his teacher for Christmas he said 'an amigurumi apple'. So I went with it! Traditionally, we also give homemade cinnamon hard candy to each teacher with their gift, so I created the apple with an open cylinder shaped hole in the middle to hold a metal candy can full of the cinnamon candy. Now when the candy is gone his teacher can enjoy the apple on her desk as a pen cup.
