Santa Ornament

I'm a beginning crocheter and took on your Santa Ornament Xmas ornament or Amigurami.
I had trouble knitting the beard since it calls for doubling up the yarn and with the hook used, and my tight knitting, it became a little difficult to do -especially the white hat rim. I added white trim to the sleeves as well.
Loved making this, and it did work up fast. That's what I love so much about the Amigurami projects-- you are done in no time and have something neat to give away.
I made a mistake on the beard and had to improvise to increase the sides along the face. Also, the rest of the beard did not come out symmetrical for me-- might have been my counting fault/inexperience.
But on the whole, it came out great!
