Perfect Pocketed Shawl

A good friend purchased the Homespun yarn & downloaded the pattern but then realized it was a bit beyond her experience level. She asked if I'd make it for her, so I did! She paid me by giving me most of her stash.
She picked Metropolis & Black and it turned out great!! She's quite short so I asked her to measure what length she needed and I adjusted accordingly, keeping the pockets the same depth as the pattern called for. As the pattern has the same stitch repeated throughout, it was fairly easy and quick.
A mutual friend saw it and may request one for her MIL for Christmas. She just needs to choose the yarn colors & I'll get started!
I placed a pair of gloves in the pockets otherwise you can't tell they're there!
