I knitted this baby poncho for my five-month-old grandson, Weylin, with Lion Brand Jiffy in the grape color. I found the pattern to be fairly easy, but since I had never knitted anything where I had to "pick up" stitches on the edges (and lots of them in this pattern), I did find that part to be challenging. I chose buttons instead of snaps (little dog
paw prints) at the sides.
