particularly original ones are welcome, as long as the project was
made from Lion Brand Yarn.
This project is quick and I had fun adding to it. I usually get the "rejects" and all my friends get the beauties but this came out perfect every time!
I added beads to the first one I crocheted and sewed them on around the border below the Fun Fur rows.
I then went a little further to make another one out of Wool-Ease Thick & Quick (but remember it WILL shrink if you don't carefully hand wash it!...I remembered that after the project was done!) and the border was two rows of Fancy Fur.
I've decided to order yarn most of the time from Lionbrand's website. The yarns are so popular (and beautiful!) that they are always low on stock or completely out at the craft and yarn stores.
For the beginner, I too used to wonder how to crochet black yarn, for example, because I couldn't see the stitches. But the more you practice, you'll pick it up! I "felt" with the index finger and thumb for the next stitch opening and YES! I did get frustrated. Please don't give up!
