This started out as a sweater, a new project to pass time on a short train ride. I started at the neckline, working a shell pattern downwards. The train ride ended and I had a weekend with my friends. Getting on the train to come home, I realised I must have left my book with the sweater pattern on the train last time! I still had to pass the time, so I worked the neckline I had made into a handbag, winging the pattern as I went, and finished just as the train pulled into the home station. I used the Homespun Sierra for this project.
