I really liked this pattern, but with 4 skeins it was just too long. I made mine with 3 skeins and added 2 buttons towards the top to hold it in place so I can work hands free throughout the day.
I decided not to add the edging. I liked the way the scallops are left at each end and thought that was enough.
I also made one for my mother using only 2 skeins, it is just the right size to wrap around your shoulders and hangs near the waist.
