I made up the hat as I went along, and found a free pattern online for the booties, and another free pattern online for the mittens.
The Child's knit blanket that I got free online here at lionbrand ... and I used the leftover yarn that I purchased to make a baby hat, mittens and booties for my newborn nephew.
I don't remember the exact color of yarn I used, it is white with the tiniest specks of blue, pink and yellow in it...of course it is using the JIFFY yarn..I love lionbrand yarn.
