I made this for the 50th Anniversary of a very good friend. The look on her face when she opened the package was worth every minute it look to make this beautiful and interesting afghan.
The only thing I changed, was adding another row of cables and used a larger needle for the cable section of the afghan. Since these sections were on the outside this kept them from pulling in and made it lay better.
