I made this blanket for my 86 year old Grandmother ~ Nano. She has been having some heart problems and has been pretty down lately. I worked this up in all her favorite colors. Vanna's Choice features some of the greatest colors and they went together beautifully. The pattern I chose was Mary Ellen's Ryann's Cuddle Cover which is her version of the Gerbera Daisy. The colors I chose were: Dusty Purple, Dusty Green, Dusty Rose, and Pink. The blanket turned out beautifully and it really put a nice smile on her face. She is now redecorating her room to match her blanket.
I made her a matching pillow with a square I had left over. She has it laying on her bed.
