A knit hat pattern that couldn't be any easier! A great pattern for knitting-while-watching-tv, waiting at the doctor's office, etc. I wasn't happy with the way the top gathered up according to the pattern directions, so I changed up the second hat a little bit - after knitting 6", I knit in a series of y/o, k2tog eyelets spaced 4 stitches apart, then knit straight for the last 2 inches of the hat. I found it wasn't worth the trouble, after all.
These hats were knitted for my favorite charity.
