our patterns? Hundreds of thousands of people who care
about your favorite craft will see your work. Any submissions,
particularly original ones are welcome, as long as the project was
made from Lion Brand Yarn.
When I saw Martha getting on the plane in that poncho I knew it would be fantastic to have one. I mentioned it to a very dear friend who knits and she surprised me by making one for me. She went on line and found the exact yarn and pattern for this precious gift. The 2 pictures that I sent were taken in the spring. One on 3/23/05 by my friend, Vicky who made the poncho. I was so excited and pleased and I believe I was one of the first people to have one. I really like Martha Stewart and admire her work. The second picture is of me in front of my new gold P T Cruiser. I am a retired teacher and now a real estate broker with my own office called "Betty's Properties". The poncho is great and I get plenty of compliments. People recognize it as Martha's. I am just thrilled to death to have it and hope to get tickets for the show. If I am selected I will invite my daughter who will wear a poncho or if she can't make it I'll bring a friend who will wear one.
