Baby Christopher Blanket

This blue and off white baby was made June 2008 for my friend and former co worker Daniela's soon to be born son Christopher. I'm a beginner crocheter so I really wanted to make my frist baby blanket. Christopher was born on July 2,2008 a health 9lb 7oz. joy. I used soft baby yarn totaling 5 off white balls and 5 sky blue balls. The crochet techinque I used was single crochet. The boards were done by double crochet around the ends of the blanket twice holding both the off white and blue yarns together.The project was very easy a beginner can produce a blanket like this on.
