The first picture is a baby blanket that I made based on the pound of love pattern, but modified.
The other pictures are of a yellow blanket that I made using the baby love baby blanket pattern.
I am currently in the process of designing a baby blanket using three different types of stitches, one for each of two colors and one for the knitted border. I will make it in green and yellow stripes (green, yellow, green, yellow, green, yellow) with a green border. The green will be in either moss stitch or gulls and garter. The yellow strips will be in purl ridges or seed stitch. I have not decided on which border to use. I am trying to decide between feather and fan and a basic lace trim
