I have been crocheting for the past four years....

I have been crocheting for the past four years. My cousin taught me. I have a physical disability that limits my activities. I was glad that crocheting was one of the activities that I could do. For starters, it helps to strengthen my hands. It also gives me a creative outlet. I love making doll dresses, afghans, purses, and hats. I like giving what I make as gifts to family members and friends. For mother's day, I made a my grandmother an afghan and she wore it around her shoulders for several days. She absolutely loves it. I like the fact that my gifts brings smiles to people's faces. I am hoping that one day that I am able to sell some of the things that I make.
