Travelling Projects

When I travel in the car I usually crochet pot scrubbers or scarves that I sell at an annual Craft Fair. I also crochet granny squares from wool that is donated by residents of the gated community that I live in. These squares are made into afghans for the homeless or people living in community assisted housing. When we stay in Palm Springs for a month in the winter I make enough squares to complete one afghan. It gives me a warm fuzzy to know that I am helping someone that is less fortunate than I am!
