Glowing colors Afghan

I started this lovely pattern on March 1, 08 and just finished it on April 6,08. I am a beginners knitter and found it to be very easy and fun! I chose all of the yarn colors myself with my 15 year old daughter. I used Lion Brand Jiffy. It is a easy yarn to hold and it is washable, which I thought this throw would need to be. I made it for my bedroom and to coordinate with pillows on my bed. It turned out beautiful! I am so pleased and look forward to trying my hand at another pattern soon.
