I came across one of the prayer shawl patterns...

I came across one of the prayer shawl patterns several months ago and decided to teach it to my Mother who only ever knit slippers. It has become her new favorite. My Mom has knit 8-10 shawls using this pattern, one for every woman in our family plus she has started making one for each of the ladies she works with. She makes a pair of slippers to go with each shawl.
