3 Knitting Sisters
Created By: Judy Cockrum

We are just starting. I created a blog and invited my two sisters to join me. One knows how to knit, but never does, and the other wants to learn. I've been knitting for several years, but just made my first clothing item in 2007, when I got my first Granddaughter.

We are starting on-line at the first of March, with one of the Prayer-Shawl-Ministry patterns out of the book, we're doing a shopping conference call probably March 1st from our favorite yarn shops across the miles, one in Indiana, one in Arkansas, and me in Arizona.

We hope to document the progress often on the blog to include questions, problems, delays, progress, etc. Others are invited to join us on the blog.

I made my first Prayer Shawl last summer for a friend who lost her husband. I did the "Knit Triangular Shawl" on page was beautiful.

It was a quick project, but looked very professional when completed. I used Lion Brand Homespun in 322 Baroque ... and this was my first experience with a circular needle. I learned this method real quick. I never thought to get a picture of it.
