Here is the Afghan I knitted in six evenings. I made it especially for the recent Lion Brand Challenge contest hosted by the Instructables web site. I had boasted I could knit one in six days - and did it! The pattern is called American Beauty Rose, although I did "my own thing" with the stripes. I used Homespun in Corinthian, Harvest, Olive and Sierra (Sierra was the main colour). It seemed an odd combination of colours, but the choice was dictate by my "stash". It worked and became a very warm looking finished product.
