In honor of my son

This healing shawl was made to give you love, support and warmth when times are hard or even for just comfort.
I remember when my son Lucas was alive, how much he enjoyed his blanket that was crocheted for him by my co-worker.
Whenever he needed quiet time or just some comforting he always looked for his blankie. It gave him peace and relaxation, whether upset, happy or tired, it was the most soothing and comforting thing for him. Now 2 years later, I have learned to crochet and in searching the Internet for different patterns and making things for friends and family I came across a website, "The healing shawl ministry"...I thought to myself, what a great idea that this was and that it was something I wanted to do. I have since made a few for some people in need of some comfort and peace. I wish for everyone that receives my shawls, to receive the love and comfort that my son Lucas felt when he was alive. Please enjoy this and know that I am now able to accept what has happened to my son, and to realize that now I have a purpose and that is to give people in this world something that may help them find the peace, comfort, healing and love that we all need in this world, and I hope that this healing shawl will help.
I'll call this work LOVING and CARING for my son's initials LUCAS ANTONIO CIERI, rest in peace my son.
