I'm from Ct where the "Prayer Shawl Ministry" first began in 1998 by Vicky Galo & Janet Bristow. I've had the pleasure of meeting them and was so inspired by their story I started knitting "Prayer Shawls" I am upset that Lion Brand has tired to take all the credit for this ministery, since it was Vicky's & Janet orginal idea & pattern that start this ministery. Guess that's what happens when people don't get a copy right, someone is always going to try to make money from your idea.
