Rose Cable Beanie

This is a beanie I designed using a combination of a Lion Lace Beanie pattern written for Cotton Ease yarn and a cable stitch offered on the Lion Brand website. This hat is knit from the crown down which is a different approach for me. The original pattern called for K2,P2 ribbing. I prefer a rolled edge so changed to knitting the last inch and a half. I added a detachable crocheted flower. I love working with the Cotton Ease Yarn and it is perfect for our California weather.
