A friend donated several skeins of Baroque Homespun to me as she knows I am always knitting or helping other women learn to knit or crochet. After searching my pattern files I came across this pattern I had copied some time ago. I decided to make it up for an annual retreat auction I participate in. I think it turned out lovely. This pattern is suitable for a beginner. I did end up re-knitting the neckline as it was too snug. I actually took it back several rows to eliminate the last decrease. It is much more comfortable to put on and romove. I made a second capelet using an eyelet stitch instead of the stockinette stitch.
