How Crpcheting Changed My life

Crocheting changed my life in that it gives me peace. It keeps my nerves steady during panic attacks and anxiety attacks. I have also found that during bouts of depression, I tend to crochet more than usual.
I never sell what I crochet. I make baby blankets for unwed mothers, as I know the felling all too well. I make gifts for my family and close friends. Many realize the time and effort it takes.
Yes crocheting changed my life and keep me on an even keel. So much so my sons say that, "If she has yarn, she is happy. No yarn, run!"
I have learned much about crocheting over the last ten years. I follow patterns better without being lost. All to keep my nerves steady.
