As one gets older, you find that you have no one to knit for. My daughter found a project for me. Motherbearproject.org. Look up the web site and see what an interesting project this is. I have been knitting bears and have found interesting yarn at the $ stores. Friends who don't have much interest in knitting have also given me yarn. It is fun to see how creative one can be with this simple pattern. You might enjoy the project also.
