Bright Baby Blanket

I made the Bright Baby Blanket from Cotton-Ease for one of my friends in my knitting group because she taught me how to crochet, so I thought she'd get a kick out of a crocheted gift. I substituted the blue for pink in the pattern because she didn't know if she was having a boy or a girl. I ended up using one more skein of the main color than the pattern calls for and actually ran out of the green with just a few more stitches to go. This is a fantastic project for a new crocheter.
