I have been knitting for about 40 years. My first project was a baby afghan for my first born and it also was used for my first grandchild. I have been knitting ever since and I just love it!!!!!!
It is so calming and rewarding to knit. I have had a bout with cancer and since then I have been knitting chemo caps for the Cancer center in Concord. I believe I have done about 200 of them and I am not tired of doing them yet. I don't know how many skeins of yarn I have in my sewing room in totes-but I know it has to be way over 100 and of course I just keep buying more all the time.
Your Lion Brand yarn is just great to work with and the Fancy Fur is what I use for the chemo caps along with some other of your soft yarn and it works up so nice, Keep on making new yarns so I can keep on buying them. Thanks
