Never bored

I was a discouraged 15 year old in 1970; too young to get a job and so bored that summer. I came across a teach yourself to knit book and started my most favorite hobby, even 37 years later. I have been able to give many appreciated gifts to family and friends. My children and husband proudly wear my creations. My husband knit; one of my daughters knit, andI eventually pesuaded my aged mother to take a knitting class. She did not enjoy it at all; I was so disappointed. Lots of water has gone under the bridge in life since 1970. I knit constantly, quilt, sew, and continuously turn down requests for knitted items. I have never been bored since 1970. How many people can say that? All because of knitting. It is relaxing, rewarding, and wondeful.
