never an end to need
Created By: Cynthia Brooks
I started learning to knit and crochet, when I was about 10. When I was in my 40s, I started looking for ways to use my talents. I had read in a newspaper about an elderly lady, who made lap robes for veterans. I came across a group for homeless youth, PSKS, and I have been making about a dozen hats every year for Christmas. Well, hats, hats, hats can be a little boring. So, I started looking for more groups. My list now include PSKS, Baby Boutique, and Project Linus. And, of course, friends tell about other people in need. I made about five baby blankets this year. It keeps me from getting bored and I use my TV time wisely.
