I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 3 years ago. Due to the fact of MS and various medicines, I lost the desire to do much of what I once loved (including crochet). Once I switched medicines my interests came back.
At a support group meeting, a lady had on a shawl that she had crocheted. An idea suddenly formed in my brain - hey,I know how to do that! So I bought yarn and hook and proceeded to attempt to crochet a shawl from a pattern I found on your website.
Through struggle after struggle, and many ripping out rows, I finally finished the shawl! What a triumph! I might be a little slow at it but I love to crochet.
