How Knitting Changed my life

Knitting has become a favorite hobby of mine, that has helped calm my nerves when I am about to go looney tunes! I take my knitting, presently I am knitting an afgan! and just start knitting and purling using a circular needle and just start to calm down as I am listening to music. Recently,we had a long distance move and I brought my knitting with me in the car, so as we were spending alot of time on the highways my hands and mind were kept busy and this is a therapy that I find to be very soothing to the nerves. I learned how to do this type of art through my grandmother who was always crocheting and I always thought I could do as well as she did, so I took two knitting needles and learned along the way with a little help from my mother too . So now, I am knitting away and I am always wanting to learn how to knit new , colorful sweaters and learn how to do more stitches and keep myself in stitches. Knitting keeps me in stitches so here I go, it is time to knit and -itch along the way! I have to say that I really enjoy knitting and crocheting since it does bring good memories of the past and helps me to become me. I also am glad to receive mail from Lion Brand because I get to see the different types of yarns, patterns, and knitting needles.

Thank you very much,

Anna Victoria Reich
