Chemo THERAPY

When I was going through chemotherapy, I use to take my crocheting with me and one day the oncology nurse, who also worked in the maternity ward at a nearby hospital, asked me if I can crochet hats for the babies in the maternity ward. Since then I have made close to 200 hats. Then one day I was asked to make hats for the cancer patients. So now, that is my new project. The crocheting helped to keep my mind off my breast cancer. Even though I have finished my chemotherapy, I am still crocheting the hats. I even received a photo of one of the babies wearing a hat made by me. I was led to tears. Thank you God for this talent you have given me and for allowing this talent to help me through my cancer treatments.
